• If a match or event is abandoned, stakes for the relevant bets will be refunded.

• Reload Bonus: A weekly reload bonus is available for regular members. Terms will be provided at the time of the offer.
• Cashback Offers: Cashback is available on losses above a certain amount. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitbaji and will result in immediate account termination:

• Accessing another user's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to jitbaji's systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).

If jitbaji detects any suspicious activity, immediate action will be taken and law enforcement will be notified if necessary.

Jitbaji may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
